Meet Mrs. Poonam Bharti, the mind behind Achaar Theory who was inspired by her mother’s kitchen, where her homemade pickles were loved by everyone. Over the years, she learned her recipes by hand, the same way her mother and what began as small batches were shared with friends and family only to grow into something bigger. Every jar is still made by hand, using real ingredients, zero preservatives, less oil, and no additives. Our pickles are fresh, honest, and full of the comforting taste of home.
